No customer is allowed in the studio without an appointment. Normal production timeline is 5-10 business days. Any order that is needed before the 5-10 business day window will be subjected to a rush fee which is a 40% mark up of the total cost of the job. Rush orders will only be accepted depending on schedule availability. All orders have a 5 -10 business day turnaround time. If it will be longer customers will be informed beforehand within 72 hours of the order being placed. All orders must be paid in full before production unless otherwise specified 501c3 non-profits maybe exempt depending on order type. Order must include a minimum of 12 items. Any order less than 12 items will be charged a $25 screen and set up fee. NO PHYSICAL SAMPLES will be printed, you will receive a digital mock up of what the merchandise will look like. YOU MAY NOT BRING YOUR OWN GARMENTS. If YOU INSIST ON BRINGING YOUR OWN GARMENTS, IT IS ON A PRINT AT YOUR OWN RISK BASIS. THIS MEANS IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ITEMS WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR THE GOODS. BAC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTS FROM OUR PROCESS WHEN YOU PURCHASE FROM OUTSIDE SOURCES SINCE IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO ENSURE THEIR QUALITY. All orders or any other business matter should be communicated via email so that there is a centralized reference point. REPRINTS NO REFUNDS. Only applies IF MERCHANDISE WAS PURCHASED THROUGH BAC PRINT. Local customers within 20 miles of Grand Rapids have the option to have items delivered or shipped. There is a flat rate delivery fee of $15. NO BARE ALL DISCOUNTS. *
