Is there anything else we should know?

BAC Print operates by appointment only, and no customer is permitted in the studio without a scheduled appointment. Standard production takes 5-10 business days. If your order will take longer, we will notify you within 72 hours of the order being placed. Orders needed sooner than the standard window are subject to a rush fee of 40% of the total job cost, and rush orders are accepted only when our schedule allows. All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise specified, though 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations may be exempt depending on the type of order. BAC Print does not produce physical samples. Instead, you will receive a digital mockup showing how your merchandise will look. If you choose to bring your own garments, printing is done at your own risk. BAC Print will not reimburse you for garments if you are unsatisfied with the result, and we are not responsible for defects in items purchased from outside sources, as we cannot verify their quality. Reprints are available, but refunds are not, and this applies only to merchandise purchased through BAC Print. All orders and other business matters must be communicated by email so there is one central reference point. Customers within 20 miles of Grand Rapids may have their items delivered or shipped for a flat fee of $15. No Bare All discounts are offered. *
